I am so thrilled to introduce our new blog for our restaurant, The Silver Fork.   We have an International menu that we call a  “menu in movement”, which means that the Chef can make changes according to his inspiration, what is fresh at the market or what he finds in season.  This means that I will be keeping the menu updated as well as any specials of the day.  I will continue to tweek and edit this blog to give you as much information as possible.
