Wait until you hear this!    Mark has added as a special, a wonderful light salad of local field greens topped with fresh sliced peaches, blue cheese crumbles and drizzled with Austrian pumpkin seed oil and topped with roasted pumpkin seeds.  Yikes! I am having one right now and it is amazing.  You know that I have to try it…..that’s my job.  In my mind I am pairing it up with a Riesling.  Yum!
