PERFECT DAY
I am experiencing a perfect day in Vermont! The temperature is mild, the sun is shining, there is a light cool breeze and Mark is cooking something that smells heavenly.

We now have two summer fresh, delicious Martinis based on citrus that make a wonderful way to start or end your meal.

To keep them light and fresh we don’t add cream. They are slightly sweet, tart and oh so delicious. So perfect for summer!

WINE FLIGHT AND SUMMER MARTINI
We have just started our new flight. During this hot time we have added a refreshing selection of Pinot Grigios. Again, as before, we are offering three different wines from three different countries. This time we have USA, France and Italy. I know how fun it is to try several wines side by side and I hope you enjoy it also.
I want to mention an amazing martini we have this summer…..a Watermelon, Strawberry Martini. We shake it with fresh chunks of watermelon and it is light, fresh and yummy! LOOK OUT…. watermelon and strawberry flavors are not just for teas anymore!
