Mark just got some beautiful heirloom tomotes so of course he is making a Caprese Salad that is all about summer fresh. Simple, delicious and crazy good….a must try.

I am experiencing a perfect day in Vermont! The temperature is mild, the sun is shining, there is a light cool breeze and Mark is cooking something that smells heavenly.

WARM WEATHER WINE FLIGHT
This week our wine flight is perfect for the warmer weather. We are offering three Sauvignon Blancs from three different countries: New Zealand, USA and France. I am delighted with this particular flight because you can easily see what is special and unique about each wine and how different they are.
