SOUP’S ON!

As most of you know…I am not one to rave about Mark’s cooking…ahem….however…

He has made the most wonderful Lentil Soup with grilled duck sausage and  I can’t tell you how good it is on a winter day. 

Anyway, I don’t want you to take my word for it,  I want you to try it yourself.

HOLIDAY HOURS

Just a heads up for all those who are trying to make  Holiday plans….

We will be closed:  Christmas Eve, Christmas day and New Year’s Day. 

However the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve we will be open, including that Sunday, December 30th and New Year’s Eve.

I hope this helps.  We hope to celebrate the season with you!

WEEK OF THANKSGIVING NOTICE

We will be closed Sunday – Thursday the week of Thanksgiving.  We will open again on Friday, November 23. 

We have decided to take a little break. Mark says the rest will be nice….of course, little does he know that I have planned on knocking out our Christmas shopping.  Shhhh…..don’t tell him.

AUTUMN SQUASH APPETIZER

Wow!  Mark’s creative side is going crazy…now he has this wonderful new squash appetizer:

Roasted spaghetti squash tossed with sauteed spinach and roasted pumpkin seeds and then drizzled with dark pumpkin seed oil

Ok…I’m just going to say it….Delicious! 

Tried it …well …more than once and we will leave it at that.
